Service Description
IV Hydration Therapy at Truelove Aesthetics is designed to support hydration, replenish fluids and electrolytes, and provide a convenient wellness boost. During treatment, fluids are delivered through an IV along with select vitamins and nutrients depending on the chosen blend. Because IV hydration bypasses the digestive system, hydration and nutrients are delivered directly into the bloodstream. Many clients choose IV hydration for support with hydration, recovery, travel fatigue, wellness maintenance, or simply as part of a self-care routine. Each appointment includes a brief consultation to review your health history and goals before selecting the appropriate IV blend. Treatments are administered in a comfortable setting and typically take about 45–60 minutes. Common reasons clients choose IV hydration include: • Hydration support • Electrolyte replenishment • Wellness and recovery support • Support during busy schedules or travel • General refresh and self-care All IV services are administered after appropriate screening and may not be suitable for everyone.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Deposit: A deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied to your total at checkout. All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations & Rescheduling: I understand that life happens, and you may need to reschedule. However, I kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations. Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a 25% cancellation fee of the total service cost. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up to their appointment without notice will be charged a 25% no-show fee and may be required to prepay future services in full before booking. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation subject to the 25% fee. Payment & Fees: All fees must be paid before future appointments may be booked. By booking, you authorize Truelove Aesthetics to charge the card on file according to this policy. Service Results & Touch-Ups: All aesthetic treatments are elective, and results vary per individual. Follow-up appointments and touch-ups are not included in the initial service fee unless otherwise specified. Agreement: By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy, and you accept all charges related to late cancellations, no-shows, and remaining balances.
