At Truelove Aesthetics in Midlothian, TX, every treatment begins with a personalized consultation. This is your dedicated time with our nurse injector to discuss your goals, review your medical history, and create a customized treatment plan designed to enhance your natural beauty safely and effectively. During your consultation, we will: • Assess your facial anatomy and skin health. • Discuss your concerns, whether fine lines, wrinkles, volume loss, or skin texture. • Explain the benefits of different treatment options, including neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Daxxify), dermal fillers (Versa, RHA, Radiesse), microneedling, chemical peels, and wellness injections. • Recommend the best products and techniques to achieve your desired results. • Provide a detailed treatment timeline and investment estimate. We believe consultations are an important step in building trust and ensuring your treatments are tailored specifically to you. Our goal is for you to feel informed, comfortable, and excited about your treatment journey. Whether you’re new to aesthetics or a returning client exploring new services, your consultation is the first step toward refreshed, natural-looking results.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Deposit: A deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied to your total at checkout. All deposits are non-refundable. / Cancellations & Rescheduling: I understand that life happens, and you may need to reschedule. However, I kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations. Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a 25% cancellation fee of the total service cost. / No-Shows: Clients who do not show up to their appointment without notice will be charged a 25% no-show fee and may be required to prepay future services in full before booking. / Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation subject to the 25% fee. / Payment & Fees: All fees must be paid before future appointments may be booked. By booking, you authorize Truelove Aesthetics to charge the card on file according to this policy. / Service Results & Touch-Ups: All aesthetic treatments are elective, and results vary per individual. Follow-up appointments and touch-ups are not included in the initial service fee unless otherwise specified. / Agreement: By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy, and you accept all charges related to late cancellations, no-shows, and remaining balances.
